   I believe that you should make a blog plan, which includes planning when and how you will stop blogging. Not that it is going to happen tomorrow, but if and when. By preparing to end, you will recognize the signs of when things are coming to an end instead of bleeding out and forcing yourself to continue when you’ve passed the point of no return.

   When you understand your stopping point, you learn to see the symptoms and can either work past them, or through them, to keep blogging with enthusiasm. Strange way of thinking, but it works. Like insurance plans. :D

   Hmmm, good topic… I wonder every now and then if my blogging experience should stop. Not because I’m not enjoying it, but because I sometimes have the feeling I’m talking to myself. Thanks to stats that prove to me that I’m not, I do have recurring visits, and some subscribers.

   But where’s the line when hardly anyone is commenting. I think it’s part of the fun of blogging when people are actually participating.

   But like the article from your link mentions, I have things to say and to show, I enjoy it and it’ seems though silent, my visitors enjoy it too.

   I understand the fact that popular bloggers stopped, whether it’s from peer pressure or simply lack of time or inspiration, but when you enjoy reading someone (like your blog for instance) I always find it sad to see it end.

   But you’re right… See the signs, evaluate and adjust, is the best sign of evolution.
